What I am more worried about as moderator is that the temperature seems to be rising. Please bear in mind another of our guidelines, and keep the discussion away from personal remarks about other list members. (And -- it should go without saying -- keep it friendly and supportive of other list members _especially_ when disagreeing with their views).
Yes, you may be right here. I have the absurd problem that my use of English (which needless to say is not my native way of expressing my thoughts) seems to make other interlocutors uncomfortable. I am really sorry if that be the case and I apologyze.
I have been looking at my postings, and the only possible place where I sort of made a personal remark was when I said that my interlocutor acted in a cavalier manner --which to my mind is not anything near an insult. If it is, again, I ask for apologies. I did not mean it badly at all.
