Recalculation of person months

Dear All

A second attempt at calculating the total number of person months
to divide between work packages:

        4 RAs @ 3 years = 12 man years
        6 PIs & 0.5 years = 3 man years
        Total 15 man years (180 man months)

This is on the assumption we each work 1/6 time on the project (i.e. about
6 hours in 37.5 hour week). I am a little worried about putting all this
time into work packages, because quite of lot of those 6 hours will be
management. We could introduce a management work package.

So we now have something like:
        Materials 2.0 my
        Measurement 2.5 my
        Modelling 2.5 my
        Implementation 2.5 my
        Evaluation 3.5 my
        Dissemination 1.5 my
        Management 0.5 my
