Are you absolutely sure about this? Even though *we* could start on April
1, contracts still have to be signed between EPSRC and the Universities.
This does take time. I'm not sure what arrangments are made between
universities and research councils in respect of continuing funding. COuld
one of you (Sebastian or Paul) double-check?
Answers to other questions depend on this one, I think.
