    I have two publications to add to the reference list. Jill included them
    in the UCL IGR form:

    Huckvale, M. 'The use and potential of Extensible Mark-Up (XML) in speech
    generation', in Keller, Bailly, Monaghan, Terken & Huckvale (eds):
    Improvements in speech synthesis. Wiley 2001, pp297-306.

    Chung, H. & Huckvale, M., 'Linguistic factors affecting timing in Korean
    with application to speech synthesis', in Proc. Eurospeech 2001, Aalborg
    2001, pp811-814

    I think the Project Plan Review is too long and too detailed.
    The report seems to be very strong up to that point and then
    the reader starts to worry!

    Perhaps just focus on those deliverables we failed to meet?
    I think it is worth emphasising that _despite_ the problems we had
    that we managed to achieve most of the objectives with very little
    money.

    I can add the reports from WP2 to the deliverables web page if you
    let me have their URLs.

    Mark
