Version 1.22 of PrpSynth.exe can be found on the FTP site.
This version has:
- latest z-score model from York (see configuration 'zscore.cfg')
- ability to input phonetic transcription
(e.g. `hel@U in input text window)
(see configuration 'phonetic.cfg')
- fix for NUC containing /ju/
- better Fx -> .PHO conversion in uttmbrol (only turning points used)
- 'Save modified file' now operates correctly
- some more missing coda consonant clusters added!
- "are" has a weak form "are#2" -> /@/
- new program "mbr2wav.exe" to convert .PHO files to .WAV files
(either use standalone or replace Replay configuration with:
"mbr2wav en1 - out.wav"
then click on play button to save audio file)
The current XML tools have been recompiled on the SGI at Cambridge,
but wait til end of Monday to get very latest files.
