Perhaps one way of getting a project proposal done by the end
of March is to consider a proposal to cover merely the ProSynth
collaboration rather than to employ RAs.
We could ask for:
- equipment
- meeting expenses
- conferences
- technical support
The work could involve:
- publication of existing work
- fine tuning of existing work
- software bug fixes & improvements
- web site development/deployment
- exploratory research by principals
- collaboration with, e.g. Eric Keller/Daniel Hirst
And this might function to keep the central 'ProSynth' collaboration
together while individual sites prepare proposals to cover separate
chunks of work which could be funded on their individual merits.
