Dear All,
First of all, I would like to introduce myself. I am a Ph.D student at
Trinity College Dublin. I am researching on discourse connectives in Spanish
and English, in particular I am specially interested in the contrastive
markers 'but' and 'pero'. I wrote the dissertation of my Masters on these
connectors according to Relevance Theory. At the moment I am trying to find
out what other works have been done on these particular field, and
especially if there is anything that other Neogricean Pragmaticists have
written about this. I would appreciate a lot if anyone could provide me with
any information regarding this.
