I have just realized that what Andre wrote to me was in fact a quote of Levinson (2000). No wonder that I had problems with that text! Mine is a long standing relation of misunderstandings with the work of that particular researcher. However, my response to Andre (and to Levinson by proxy) is still the same, of course. If anything, it should be read with more strength in it!
