Dear friends,

I am revising my paper 'On pragmemes again. Dealing with death' for the
Australian Journal of Linguistics'.

The paper received two positive reviews.

However, I would need the help of a British scholar to comment on an
example taken from British culture which I may have described with the
wrong words. Perhaps one of you could comment on that.

Also you could contribute different example. This paper is an important
chance to discuss this topic from a linguistic/antrhopological point of
view and I will acknowledge any comments I receive in the text, as usual.

I will send the paper to the person who writes to me and share it with her.

When the paper is finished, I will put it in the semantics archive for
everyone.

There are examples of iconicity which might be of interest to relevance
theory as well. Feel free to extrapolate the examples.

Yours sincerely

Dr Alessandro Capone
