If York has applied for different start and end times in the first grant,
and it sort of appears as if they have (but you may want to check that,
Paul) it tells us at least that the EPSRC has no problem with the grants
at the different sites running out of sync, which gives us some freedom
for the next phase. So Cambridge applies for continuation in April and
everybody else does what ever they want.

BTW: Does this mean that York does the final report during April-Sept ???
