Sarah said on the phone the other day that we need to have a meeting to
discuss, among other things, the next proposal. Please can we start
thinking about it now?
I have a feeling there's another of those EPSRC-organised things coming up
(when, I can't remember--was it the end of September?, and I don't
remember being told where). Anyone got any information?
We need at least a couple of weeks' advance notice so that we can get
cheaper tickets: otherwise we have a bill of over 100 pounds each to get
to London/York at a reasonable time. Our budget can't cope.
Dates that are not convenient for us Yorkies are basically the week 20-24
Sept. (we're writing LabPhon material that week.) I am likely to be away
from Fri 1 Oct - 6/7 Oct. Our term starts on Oct 11.
Good dates for me would be:
14-15-16-17 Sept (Tu-W-Th-F)
27-28-29-30 Sept (M-Tu-W-Th)
8-11-12 Oct (F-M-Tu)
Could you please e-mail me back asap with dates that suit you and I will
take it upon myself to get the next meeting organised? Thanks.
