Release 1.00 of ProSynth.exe

I have put a very first release of ProSynth.exe on the FTP site at

        ftp://synth.phon.ucl.ac.uk/pub/prosynth/PROS100.ZIP

To run this on Windows-95/NT:

1. Install MBROLA tools 3.01
2. Install en1 English diphone database
3. Unpack PROS*.ZIP file into a single directory
4. Create a shortcut to prosynth.exe
5. Start the application and open 'test.pro'
6. Press the '!' button to build
7. Press the '>' button to play
