I thought I'd better check with you whether you received my message of 12
Nov, appended below. Has early Jan turned out to be difficult?
Life gets pretty chaotic round this time of year -- safest to say that I'll
be out of e-mail contact 23 Dec - 4 Jan inclusive, and not in tomorrow, but
I can pick up a response from you early next week!
Hope you have a good holiday season.
Best wishes,
Jill House

>I'm sorry we've taken so long to reply about a meeting date. We had
enough trouble setting up a ProSynth meeting last Friday!

>At the meeting, we all confirmed that we are very interested in talking
about collaborative possibilities. A common area of interest might be
new/given information. We were also forced to agree that we could find no
dates this term that were mutually compatible. However, we *have* set up
our own next project meeting for 6-7 Jan 1999, before the next busy term
starts. Are you still likely to be available that week? Can we invite you
to join us for talks on 7 or 8 January, either in Cambridge or London,
whichever you found convenient? If we can agree on a day, we can be
flexible about venue.
