Can we start talking dates again soon? We seem to have enough problems
arranging a meeting of our own, but maybe only some of us need to meet the
SOLE people. I've had the response below from Janet, which combined with
the earlier message gives us a starting point.
My "free" day this term is Friday, so before 25 Nov I could theoretically
make 13 or 20 Nov, though with constraints in both cases on preceding Thurs
and following Sats. If I had to free up a Thur, 19th would be easier than
12th. Later on, 18 Dec is OK, but not 16-17. Week of 4-8 Jan would be
possible (pre-term!).
So a) who wants to be part of the meeting? b) if you do, when are you
free? Are we going to try again to get the other meetings sorted? Not
sure when Jana will be back in e-mail contact, but I can get in touch with
her towards the end of the week in Oxford.
Best, Jill
