When I registered for the above event, I also mentioned that Jana
Dankovicova, our new Research Assistant, would also be attending and would
register separately. However, she sent me a query regarding the
registration form, which unfortunately has only reached me today, and I
know she herself is now on holiday -- so I don't know if she was able to
resolve it directly with you and register formally before she went!
The query relates to the following:
>Accommodation: (Grant holder) Wed 23rd: Thur 24th:
As RA she is presumably not a "grant holder": does this mean she is not
eligible for accommodation? We understood that RAs as well as grant
holders would be fully funded for this meeting.
Please could you clarify the situation. Please could you also let me know
what the procedure will be for claiming for fares and other expenses from
EPSRC.
