I managed to print the paper as a .ps file, compress it to a .ps.Z file
and download it by ftp to the website. I have also filled in the
electronic form with authors' details and abstract and keywords. Just in
case they can't read the .ps.Z file (it was over 1Mb long --- but Macs are
really crap at PostSript and always produce files much longer than they
ought to be) I have also sent them, as e-mail attachments, the paper in
Word 6 format as a MIME enclosure and as a Mac enclosure. I can't think of
anything else if none of those things work!
stroppy,
