A couple of other things:
1. the numbers in circles come out fine on the Mac, you need Zapf Dingbats
font.
2. it seems that the pagination is not alike on everyone's copies of previous
versions of the paper. I don't know why this is. But if yours is not the right
number of pages, don't worry, *mine is* and that's the one I'm sending off.
This will also explain why certain things might /might not have been removed
from the file in the editing process.
