Preamble: Those who were at the BAAP meeting in Belfast held a short
meeting during the non-dancing ceilidh to draw up the following agenda.

=09There are now a lot of documents floating around, and a lot of
versions of some of them. Now seems a good time to formally designate the
current working version of each, and to archive the rest somewhere other
than the main web site. Suggestions at the BAAP ceilidh included:=20

=09=09=09- parsed database??
=09=09=09- parsed lexicon
=09=09=09- XML documentation

=09=09=09- .....?
=09=09- place the current version on the web; archive earlier
versions (and add to index?)
=09=09- put minutes of meetings on the web (not public domain)
4.=09Conferences: which ones, content of submission, author(s), who
goes.

=09- abstract: content, who writes, checks with who, submission date.
