Dear All,

Looking forward to seeing most of you tomorrow. The following is a
checklist of possible items for the agenda. Feel free to add further ones,
or remind me of items I may have forgotten.

Technical issues:

1. database recordings
2. other database issues, e.g. classification of structures
3. lexicon(s): form and function
4. prosodic parser: integrating subsyllabic levels
5. the syllable grammar: issues arising
6. speech file analysis and annotation: do we need to agree common procedures?

Project management issues

7. staffing: progress, developments
8. other budget issues (equipment, travel...)
9. dissemination strategy: BAAP, Labphon, ICSLP, ICPhS...

We can rejuggle the numerical order tomorrow as we see fit. Since Mark
will be late, it may make sense to start with 5 or 2.

Richard -- many thanks for the syllable grammar. It's mostly very clear.
I'd appreciate being able to talk through some of it with you, to make sure
I understand. If you have anything that could still be relevant on the
syllable-foot interface, bring it along! I think it will mainly be a case
of sorting out the assignment of attributes.

Sarah -- good luck with the interviewing tomorrow, also with the jury
service next week. Hope nothing too distressing comes up. Be prepared to
hang around so get your knitting out.

Jill
