I agree with Jill about the importance of not losing momentum.
But like her, we've been frantic here, and I still have a lot of things to
finish off next week before I can spendChristmas with a clean conscience.
So my pref. is to meet for one day; and we'd try to bring as many concrete
things as we can. I'm not sure if I can do anything very much between now
and Monday though: end-of-term meetings with students, course evaluations,
etc. all time-consuming and pressing.
