Version 1.21 of PROSYNTH is on the FTP site in:

ftp://synth.phon.ucl.ac.uk/pub/prosynth/pros121.zip

Unzip into c:\prosynth and run prosynth.exe to start.

This version has:
        - latest duration rules from York (DUR003.PRX)
        - calclog.prx replaces Perl script for York multiplicative model
        - latest pitch accent rules from UCL (ACCENT.PRX & PITCH.PRX)
          (including pre-nuclear accents)
        - mods for multiple stress marks/word
        - stress mark \ means foot but not accent boundary
        - pow10() and log10() functions in ProXML.
        - doesn't crash on bad START tag
        - dictionary has all words used in PROSYNTH2 database
