I have been kept blissfully ignorant of the organisational details so
far, but I guess it is possible that applications until this coming
week-end (i.e. not later than Nov 4) might still be considered (I am
ccing this to François Recanati who has authority and competence in
the matter and might correct me if I am wrong).
