    Hello,
    Under the direction of Jacques Moeschler, the Research Group on Temporal
    Reference is working on tense and aspect in a Relevance-based framework
    since 1995 at the University of Geneva. We have recently published a
    book on this topic, unfortunately in french:
    Moeschler & al., 1998, Le temps des evenements. Pragmatique de la
    reference temporelle. Paris, Kime.
    If by any chance you can read french, this work may be of some interest.
