RT list: bibliography

I happned to notice a paper by Stavros Assimakopoulos in

Intention, common ground and the egocentric speaker-hearer, edited by I
Kecskes & J Mey, 2008, Mouton de Gruyter.

I thought you might want to be informed, albeit the paper is simply
expository.

Far more important is the paper by Jacob Mey entitled 'Impeach and
exorcise', in the same collection.

Also I noted Nicholas J. Enfield, Common ground as a resource, in the same
collection.
