RT list: desiring and relevance

Dear all,

"...we want to leave open the possibility of taking into account, in the full picture, other possible contributions to cognitive functioning, involving, for instance ... the elaboration of rational desires" (Relevance 2nd ed., p. 266).
-- Do you know of any work done on the "desires" (or maybe decisions) part of the full RT picture?
