I am currently working on a thesis that aims at taking relevance theory and
applying it to the "Film Club" in efforts to show how "Fight Club" deals
with gender on a relevance theory level.
I have read Christine Christies' book Gender and Pragmatics and Francisco
Yus's article on The Visual-Verbal Model of Relevance Theory. I am wondering
if anybody has any suggestions on research being done in the areas of:
1. RT and Gender (namely Feminism)
2. RT and Fim Studies.
Thank you for your time,
Rene Gurley
