Printer drivers must be installed on a PC before printing to these printers.
Most of these drivers are supplied with WindowsXP/2000 ready for installation 
for the desired printer so these don't need to be downloaded from the manufacturer's 
website as listed below or given on link above.

To install a driver in Windows for a particular printer, search for computer bell, 
(Start, Search, Computers or people, A computer on the network, enter the name bell)
click on its icon then on printer name displayed and follow instructions. If printer 
model is not listed under manufacturer (eg HP) then it is not supplied on the PC windows 
version you are using and must be obtained by one of these methods:-

If a link for it is listed above, click on this and download to some temporary 
location on PC disk. If no website link is listed with the printer name above 
and there are no other special instructions below then find it on the manufacturer's 
website listed below and  download to some temporary location on PC disk.
Unzip or unpack if this option is given. 

Then under menu appearing after clicking on bell icon, printer name above, use 
'browse' option under 'have disk' to import driver from temporary location  
downloaded to/unzipped on disk, or from print_drivers under bell icon if a special 
note to do this is included under 'Obtaining Drivers' for printer name below. 


Setting up driver after installation
               
Kyocera Mita KM-4035 KX (printer/copier) 
Under desktop bell icon (search for computer bell if not present)
click on copier1-wh, Printer, Properties, Device Settings. Check
Large capacity feeder,RAM Disk, 3000 sheet finisher, 2 and 4 punch settings
Click on OK, OK, General, Printing Preferences, Set Page size to A4, Click on 
Output, Set Output to Main Tray, Click on OK, OK 
               
All Printers
Set page size to A4 in driver and in application printing from except
when A3 is required on an A3 printer. Many drivers and applications and
windows settings default to size Letter which will cause these printers 
to hang.


Obtaining drivers for the printer/s listed below and under WinXP/2000 
Obtain driver from \\bell\print_drivers for "have disk" location. 
ie search for bell then click on bell icon then on print_drivers for:-
