Cancellation and Refund of Fees
You may cancel your course agreement at any time by notifying the Department of your wish to cancel by letter, fax or e-mail. It is not sufficient to simply notify the course team. Your cancellation will take effect on the date we receive your letter, fax or e-mail, and we will acknowledge your cancellation in writing.
You must contact us if you do not receive written acknowledgement of your cancellation within 21 days of the date of your letter, fax or email. If you cancelled your course or registration agreement by letter, please send proof of posting.
The proportion of your course fee that is refundable will depend upon the date of your cancellation:
